The Company announces that it has been informed that on 26 June 2014 Simon Peckham, Chief Executive, purchased 196,000 Ordinary Shares of 13/110 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 255.5050 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Simon Peckham holds an interest of 8,373,288 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.78% of the issued share capital of the Company.
