The Company notes that David Lis, Non-executive Director of the Company, was appointed as Non-executive Director of Hostmore PLC on 18 August 2021. This appointment is being disclosed by the Company under Listing Rule 9.6.14 as Hostmore PLC was today admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. Furthermore, Mr Lis resigned from his role as Non-executive Director of Electra Private Equity PLC on 1 November 2021.
