1. Results of General Meeting

Melrose is pleased to announce that at a General Meeting of the Company held on 21 January 2021, each of the two proposed Ordinary Resolutions was passed on a poll.  Further details of each of the resolutions are set out in the Notice of Meeting, which was sent to shareholders on 29 December 2020.  

Full details of the poll results will be made available on the Company's website at www.melroseplc.net.

2. Resolutions submitted to National Storage Mechanism

Melrose has today submitted to the National Storage Mechanism copies of resolutions passed at the General Meeting on 21 January 2021.  These documents will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
