Intermediate declaration by the Board of Directors

Melexis announces that, in accordance with article 8:6 of the Royal Decree of April 29, 2019 implementing the Code on Companies and Associations, on March 2, 2021, it has sold 346.141 treasury shares off-exchange (OTC) by means of a private placement. 1.785 shares were sold by Melexis NV itself, while 344.356 shares were sold by its direct subsidiary, Melexis Technologies NV.
