Yönetim Kurulumuz 15.04.2025 tarihli toplantısında, 62.500.000,00-TL nominal değerli çıkarılmış sermayesinin, tamamı iç kaynak ile kar payının sermayeye ilave edilmesi suretiyle (i) 333.422.746,00-TL'si "Sermaye Düzeltmesi Olumlu Farkları" hesabında, (ii) 379.863.014,00-TL'si "Hisse Senedi İhraç Primleri" hesabında ve (iii) 24.214.240,00-TL'si "Geçmiş Yıl Karları" hesabında bulunan tutarlardan karşılanmak üzere 737.500.000,00-TL bedelsiz artırılarak 800.000.000,00-TL'ye yükseltilmesine karar vermiştir.

Bu çerçevede, sermaye artırımına ve esas sözleşme değişikliğine ilişkin SPK başvurusu 9 Mayıs 2025 tarihinde yapılmıştır.
