Release of fully paid ordinary shares from escrow
Megaport Limited
Brisbane, Australia – 1 December 2017 Megaport Limited ( ASX:MP1 ), global leading provider of Elastic Interconnection services, wishes to advise of the upcoming release of 30,830,000 fully paid ordinary shares from mandatory escrow on 18 December 2017, being the first trading day 24 months after the date of Megaport’s admission to the Official List of ASX.
As previously advised to the market, a further 2,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares will remain subject to escrow for a further 12 month period.
Megaport will lodge an Appendix 3B seeking quotation of shares released on 18 December 2017.
