Release of unquoted options from escrow

Megaport Limited

Brisbane, Australia – 1 December 2017 Megaport Limited ( ASX:MP1 ), global leading provider of Elastic Interconnection services, wishes to advise of the upcoming release of 200,000 unquoted options from mandatory escrow on 18 December 2017, being the first trading day 24 months after the date of Megaport’s admission to the Official List of ASX.

The options were granted on 28 November 2015 under the terms of the Megaport Limited 2015 Employee Share Option Plan. Under that plan, each holder is restricted from disposing of any interest in the options or ordinary Megaport shares issued on the exercise of the options until 28 November 2018.
