Appointment of Mr Vincent English to Board of Directors

Brisbane, AUSTRALIA, 16 March 2017 Megaport Limited ( ASX:MP1 ), global leading provider of Elastic Interconnection services, is pleased to announce that Mr Vincent English has been appointed to the Board as an Executive Director, effective 16 March 2017.

Mr English has worked for the Company since June 2015, in the role of Chief Financial Officer and in January 2016 was appointed the Group Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Vincent has been a key contributor to driving Megaport’s strategy and business model. As Group COO and Deputy CEO, Vincent has been heavily involved in the deployment and integration of the Megaport Software Defined Network with each of the Company’s major global strategic partners. Mr English will step into the role of Chief Executive Officer at the end of March.

Vincent has a background in telecommunications and manufacturing industries with over 15 years of combined international expertise in Finance and Operations. Vincent is an ACMA, CPA Australia, and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
