Date of Annual General Meeting
Brisbane, AUSTRALIA August 25, 2021 Megaport Limited (ASX:MP1) ( Megaport ) is pleased to advise that its 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting at 10:00am (AEST) on Friday, 22 October 2021.
The closing time and date for receipt of director nominations for candidates is 5:00pm on Thursday, 2 September 2021.
The Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum will be sent via email on 20 September 2021 to those shareholders who have elected to receive securityholder communications electronically. Hard copies of the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum will not be sent to shareholders this year. However, both the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum will be available from 20 September 2021 on the Australian Securities Exchange market announcement platform and on Megaport’s website at https://www.megaport.com/investor/agm/.
Hard copies of Megaport’s FY2021 Annual Report will be sent to those shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy. A copy of Megaport's FY2021 Annual Report will also be available on Megaport’s website at https://www.megaport.com/investor/agm/.
Megaport encourages shareholders to receive all securityholder communications electronically. Communications preferences can be updated at https://www.computershare.com.au/easyupdate/MP1.
