All regulatory procedures have been finalized, the full payment has been received, and ownership of the property has been transferred to the buyer.

The Fund Manager would also like to clarify that the entire sale proceeds, amounting to forty million (40,000,000) Saudi Riyals, have been used to partially repay the outstanding principal of the Fund’s existing financing facilities.
