Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Meesho Limited (the “Company”) by way of a circular resolution passed on March 27, 2026, has approved grant of 3,04,535 Stock Options to eligible employee(s) under the Company’s ESOP 2024 Plan.

The relevant disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure -I.
