NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE Change of Indicative Timetable

I refer to various announcements of today’s date lodged with the ASX Announcement Platform by Integrated Resources Group Limited (“IRG” or “the Company”) in relation to the Non-Renounceable Rights Issue.

When the indicative timetable was prepared, the ASX non business day of August 6[th] , 2012 was ignored. IRG has attached a revised indicative timetable to this announcement and notes the following date changes:

1. The Closing Business Day has been extended by one day from August 15[th] 2012 to August 16[th] 2012, and

2. The Shortfall Notification Date has been extended by one day from August 16[th] 2012 to August 17[th] 2012.

All other dates remain unchanged.
