The Company refers to announcement 202/2020 wherein it was announced that Medserv Operations Limited signed a long term agreement with Air Liquide Oil & Gas Services Ltd, to install and operate a compressed gases filling plant to provide diving and welding gases to the offshore industry in Mediterranean.

The Company announces that all planning permissions for the installation of the said gases filling plant have been issued and it is expected that operations should commence in the fourth quarter of this year.
