The Company announces that the board of directors is scheduled to meet on the 21st March 2012 to:

• 1. discuss the cut-off date for the upcoming Annual General Meeting
• 1. consider, and if thought fit approve the Annual Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2011;
• 1. consider the declaration or otherwise of a dividend.
