The Company announces that the Board of Directors has today resolved to distribute an interim dividend of €1,000,000, representing an interim dividend of €0.0098 per share. The dividend shall be payable on all shares settled as at close of business on 31 October 2025 and shall be paid by no later than the 28 November 2025.

The said dividend represents profits generated by the Company during the current financial year arising from profits within the Group during the first six months of 2025. The directors took cognisance of the growth of the Company and of the cash flow requirements to fund such growth. The directors are confident that, after having reviewed the financial position of the Company, there shall be sufficient headroom within the Company's distributable reserves throughout 2025 to satisfy this distribution.
