Dividend Cut-Off Date

QUOTE

Reference is made to the Company Announcement 95/2014 issued by the Company and pursuant to which, the Company announced that the Board of Directors are proposing that the Annual General Meeting to be held on the 15 May 2014 approves the payment of a dividend of €600,000, representing a net dividend per ordinary share of €0.024c.

The Company hereby announces that the said net dividend per share is to be paid to all shareholders on the register of members after settlement as at close of business on the 15 May 2014 and is payable by not later than the 15 June 2014.
