Reference is made to the Company Announcement 96/2014 uploaded today. The date of close of business for members to be entitled to receive a net dividend should have read 15 April 2014.

The full paragraph should therefore read as follows;

"The Company hereby announces that the said net dividend per share is to be paid to all shareholders on the register of members after settlement as at close of business on the 15 April 2014 and is payable by not later than the 15 June 2014".

Any inconvenience caused by this inadvertent error is regretted.
