The Company refers to the Directors' report dated 26 August 2016 accompanying the interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2016, wherein it was stated that the Company was awaiting the outcome of a bid relating to the provision of services offshore Cyprus to an IOC. The Medserv group was unsuccessful in its bid for the contract, possible profits from which were not included in the Company's published financial forecasts.
The Medserv group continues to provide shore base services to ENI from its base in Larnaca.
