The Company is informed that on the 1 July 2021, the following transfers of shares by Anthony J. Duncan and Anthony S. Diacono to DOCOB Limited (beneficially owned by Dave O'Connor, CEO and Olivier Bernard, Deputy CEO) have been completed:

Following the issuance of shares in the Company to DOCOB Limited on the 25 June 2021 (for which an application for listing will be shortly submitted) and the abovementioned transfers, the following is the resultant shareholding:
