The Board of Directors refer to Company Announcement 168/2018 wherein the market was informed that the Company's two major shareholders, that is, Anthony S. Diacono and Malampaya Investments Limited (together the "Major Shareholders") intended to source a strategic purchaser to acquire their shareholding in the Company.

The Board of Directors is informed that, following an initial access of information in relation to the Company in accordance with the authorisation granted by the shareholders on the 28 May 2018, the Major Shareholders have received non-binding offers from interested offerors. The Major Shareholders are in the process of evaluating the said offers and it is anticipated that the Company will shortly proceed to grant selected offerors access to further information as part of the process.
