Merger of Series 1 Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 Notes

Quote

On the 7 April 2014, the Company published final terms pursuant to which Tranche 2 of the 6% Secured & Guaranteed Notes (ISIN MT0000311226) (2014 Notes) were issued. As stated in the said final terms, the said 2014 Notes are fully fungible with Tranche 1 6% Secured & Guaranteed Notes issued in terms of the Base Prospectus dated 12 August 2013, the Supplement and the Final Terms dated 30 August 2013 (ISIN MT0000311218) (the "2013 Notes"). The 2014 Notes will be merged into the 2013 Notes following the first interest payment on the 30 September 2014.

In this regard, trading in the 2014 Notes will be suspended as from 26 September 2014.
