The Company advises that Mr Gareth McMurray has, for personal reasons announced that he wishes to return to his home in the UK after twenty-two years of living and working abroad and for this reason will be relinquishing his post as Group's Chief Operating Officer of the MedservRegis Group.

The Company whilst saddened by this announcement, would like to thank Mr Gareth McMurray for his commitment and contribution to the Group and wishes him all of the very best for the future. Mr. McMurray will remain in office until the 31 December 2021.

Following this decision, the executive team will be looking at a restructuring of the management functions of the Group with a view to optimising current management roles in order to streamline and achieve cost savings where possible.
