The Company announces that Mr Charles Daly has informed the Company that for personal reasons he has decided to resign from his office as director of the Company and other companies forming part of the Medserv group. The effective date of his resignation shall be the 31 December 2016.

In view of Mr Daly's membership on the Company's audit committee and remuneration committee, the Company shall during this period consider the co-option of a further non-executive director to replace Mr Daly on the board and in the said committees. The Company shall issue an announcement in this regard in due course.
