The Share Options granted on 31 August 2011 pursuant to the First Share Option Incentive Scheme (details of which are disclosed in the Company’s announcement dated 31 August 2011) for subscribing 9,658,720 A Shares are still not exercisable as at the date of this monthly return and the said Share Options shall only be exercisable upon the satisfaction of the exercise conditions.
