1. Holders of Domestic shares and H shares of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of the Company as at the close of business on Monday, 10 September 2007 (including holders of H shares of the Company who have submitted verified transfer forms no later than 4:00 p.m. on 10 September 2007) will be entitled to attend the EGM. The register of members of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, 11 September 2007 to Wednesday, 10 October 2007, both days inclusive. During such period, no share transfers will be registered.
