PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF A SHARES BY CHAIRMAN

Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) received written notification from Mr. Tang Ye Guo, the Chairman and president of the Company, on 27 September 2019 that he proposed to dispose of not more than 207,900 A shares of the Company (representing approximately 0.015% of the total issued share capital of the Company) in aggregate on-market by centralised price competition (the “ Proposed Disposal ”).

The Proposed Disposal will be completed within a six-month period commencing after the fifteenth trading day following the date of this announcement. No disposal of shares will be allowed during the period for which trading of shares is prohibited under the Rules on the Management of Shares Held by the Directors, Supervisors and Senior Management Officers of Listed Companies and the Changes Thereof issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission (中國證券監督管理委員 會出具的 《上市公司董事、監事和高級管理 人員所持本公司股份及其變動管理規則》). The Company will fulfill the obligation of information disclosure about the Proposed Disposal in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations .
