CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS FOR EGM

Reference is made to the announcement of Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) dated 28 February 2023 in relation to, among other matters, the nomination of executive Directors of the Company (the “ Announcement ”). Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Company will convene an extraordinary general meeting (the “ EGM ”) on Wednesday, 19 April 2023 for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, among other things, the election of Mr. Hu and Mr. Yu as executive Directors of the eleventh session of the Board. A circular in respect of the EGM containing details of the resolution(s) to be proposed at the EGM, together with the notice of EGM, will be dispatched to the Shareholders in due course.

For the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of the holders of H shares of the Company who are eligible to attend and vote at the EGM, the register of members of the Company will be closed from Friday, 14 April 2023 to Wednesday, 19 April 2023 (both days inclusive). In order to qualify for attending the EGM, all transfer documents of H Shares together with the relevant share certificates must have been lodged with the Company’s branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Registrars Limited, at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, not later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 13 April 2023 for registration.
