ANNOUNCEMENT

CHANGE OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) announces that the 2020 eighth extraordinary general meeting of the tenth session of the Board was held on 4 September 2020, at which it was resolved and approved that, with effect from 4 September 2020:

• (1) Mr. Chen Xiao Lu (“ Mr. Chen ”) has ceased to be the chief financial officer (“ CFO ”) and t chief accountant of the Company due to job rearrangement; and

• (2) Ms. Liang Hong Tao (“ Ms. Liang ”) has been appointed as the new CFO.

Mr. Chen has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to his cessation as CFO and the chief accountant of the Company that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. Mr. Chen continues to serve as an employee of the Company.

With effect from 4 September 2020, Ms. Liang has been appointed as the CFO in place of Mr. Chen. Her biographical details are as follows:

Ms. Liang Hong Tao, aged 40, holds a bachelor’s degree in management. Ms. Liang is a certified public accountant and a senior accountant in the People’s Republic of China. Ms. Liang has previously served as the financial executive of the Company. From January 2017 to July 2018, she served as the deputy head of the finance department of the Company. Since July 2018, she serves as the deputy general manager of the operation and finance management department of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude towards Mr. Chen for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office, and welcome Ms. Liang for her new appointment in the Company.
