ANNOUNCEMENT
Guangdong Kelon Electrical Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Lee Kwok Ming resigned as the secretary of the Company on 9th September 2000 and was temporary replaced by Mr. Ng Pui Wah up to 8 December 2000. Mr Ng has resigned as the secretary of the Company with effect from 8 December 2000. The Company has also appointed Ms Yu Chor Woon, Carol as the secretary of the Company in Hong Kong and Mr Xu Wei Wen as the secretary of the Company in the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong) with effect from the same day.
The Company would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Lee and Mr Ng for their contribution to the Company in the past.
