Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 19 July 2002. The board of directors (the “Board”) of Guangdong Kelon Electrical Holdings Company Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has appointed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (德勤 • 關黃陳方會計師行 ) and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (德勤華永會計師事務所 ) as the Company’s auditors in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China respectively, for the financial year ending 31 December 2002.
