Remarks:

1. Holders of A shares and H shares of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of the Company as at the close of business on 27 May 2019 (Monday) (including holders of H shares of the Company who have submitted verified transfer forms on or before 27 May 2019) will be entitled to attend the AGM. For determining the entitlement of shareholders of the Company to attend and vote at the AGM, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 28 May 2019 (Tuesday) to 26 June 2019 (Wednesday) (both days inclusive).

In order to determine the list of holders of shares of the Company who are entitled to receive the dividend, the register of members of the H shares of the Company will be closed from 5 July 2019 (Friday) to 11 July 2019 (Thursday) (both days inclusive). Holders of H shares of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of the H shares of the Company on 11 July 2019 (Thursday) are entitled to receive the dividend. Holders of H shares of the Company who wish to receive the dividend have to submit transfer forms, together with the relevant share certificate(s) to the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Registrars Ltd. at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong before 4:30 p.m. on 4 July 2019 (Thursday).
