Remarks:

1. Holders of Domestic shares and H shares of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of the Company as at the close of business on Friday, 14 March 2008 (including holders of H shares of the Company who have submitted verified transfer forms no later than 4:00 p.m. on 14 March 2008) will be entitled to attend the EGM. The register of members of the Company will be closed from Monday, 17 March 2008 to Wednesday, 16 April 2008, both days inclusive. During such period, no share transfers will be registered.

3. Please attach a copy of your identify card.
