Signing of a Market Making agreement with Raiffeisen Bank International

MED LIFE S.A. informs shareholders and investors on the signing of an agreement with Raiffeisen Bank International AG regarding the provision of Market Making services for the Company, on the Regulated Market administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in accordance with the provisions of the Bucharest Stock Exchange Code and other applicable regulations. The agreement is for an undetermined period, starting with the signing date, and aims to support and increase the liquidity of MedLife shares.
