MED LIFE S.A. informs investors that between 30 January and 28 February 2024, the persons who have access to privileged information ("insiders") according to the provisions of FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, Law no. 24/2017 and EU Regulations no. 522/2016 and no. 596/2014 respectively, do not have the right to carry out any transactions in their own name or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, related to shares, bonds, securities, debt or other derivative financial instruments of the Company.

This closed trading period occures as a result of the fact that on 29 February 2024, the Company will publish the 2023 Unaudited Preliminary Annual Financial Results.
