Q3 2024 results report availability and Conference call details

MED LIFE S.A. informs investors that starting 15 November 2024, 8:30 a.m. (Romania time), the Q3 2024 results report will be available on the company's website, in the Investor Relations / Reports and Presentations / Financial Reports section (https://www.medlife.ro/investor-relations/reports-andpresentations/financial-reports) and on the Bucharest Stock Exchange's website (symbol M).

The company will hold a conference call for analysts and investors to present the financial results, on 15 November 2024, starting 4:00 p.m. (Romanian time).
