Updated Articles of Association

MED LIFE S.A. informs investors that on January 27, 2025, was finalized the registration procedure with the Bucharest National Trade Register Office of the Company's Articles of Association amended as a result of the obligation to update the Company's object of activity in accordance with the NACE Rev.3 Nomenclature.

Thus, the following NACE codes provided for in Art. 3 "Secondary and auxiliary activities" of the Company's Articles of Association are updated as follows:

• NACE Code 8690 - other activities related to human health in the NACE Rev.2 class is deleted and replaced with the following NACE Rev.3 Codes, as per below:

• 8691 Diagnostic imaging services and medical laboratory activities;
• 8692 Patients transport services by ambulance;
• 8693 Activities of psychologists and psychotherapists, except doctors;
• 8694 Activities of nurses and midwives;
• 8695 Physiotherapy activities;
• 8696 Traditional, complementary and alternative medicine activities;
• 8699 Other human health activities n.e.c.

• NACE Code 7211 – research and development in biotechnology and NACE Code 7219 – research and development in other natural sciences and engineering – are updated by aggregation according to the codification in Order no. 377/2024 CAEN Rev.3 and become:

7210 – Research and development in natural sciences and engineering.
