Med Life S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that:

• Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN ACTIV (managed by pension fund manager NN Asigurari de Viata SA);
• Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN OPTIM (managed by pension fund manager NN Asigurari de Viata SA);
• Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat NN (managed by NN Pensii S.A.F.P.A.P. S.A); and
• NN Investment Partners B.V.

have sent an aggregate disclosure of holdings over 15% of the total voting rights in MedLife, as reflected in the Annex.
