Significant events to report: Correction of reporting preliminary results 2024

MED LIFE S.A. informs investors about the correction of some errors that occurred in the reporting of the preliminary financial results for the year 2024. Thus, the values for the year 2024 were presented as being for the year 2023 and vice versa, in the table regarding the Main Operational Indicators in the Current Report no. 18 / 28 February 2025, and on page 15 of the Financial Report for the year 2024 of the MedLife Group (only in the Romanian version), regarding the presentation of the net result.
