Med Life S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that:

• Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN ACTIV (managed by pension fund manager NN Asigurari de Viata SA);
• Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN OPTIM (managed by pension fund manager NN Asigurari de Viata SA); and
• Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat NN (managed by NN Pensii S.A.F.P.A.P. S.A).

have sent an aggregate disclosure on the decrease of holdings below the 15% threshold of the total voting rights in MedLife, as reflected in the Annex, following the acquisition of NN Investment Partners B.V. by another company.
