Changes in the Board of Directors of Med Life S.A.

Med Life S.A. informs the shareholders and investors in relation to the following changes in the Board of Directors of the company.

Ana Maria Mihăescu, former Regional Manager at International Finance Corporation, the investment division of the World Bank and an independent member in the Board of Supervisors of Raiffeisen Bank, the Austrian-owned Romanian bank, was proposed as an independent member in the Board of Directors of MedLife, leader of the private healthcare market in Romania. Starting with 1st of September, Mrs. Mihăescu will begin the interim board member mandate.

In the past 20 years, Ana Maria Mihăescu has led the mission of the International Finance Corporation in Romania, a division of the World Bank and the largest funder of the private sector in emerging countries. Between 2011 and 2016, Ana Maria Mihăescu had a decision-making role as regards the IFC projects in several European countries, including Romania. She previously held top management positions in the banking sector.

Since 2016, she has been an independent member of the Raiffeisen Bank Board of Supervisors, with a four-year mandate.

Also, Mihaela-Gabriela Cristescu withdrew from the MedLife's Board of Directors, submitting her resignation on 31 August 2017. Mihaela-Gabriela Cristescu has been a member of the MedLife's Board of Directors since 2006, while being the founder of the Company.

MedLife's Board of Directors currently consists of 6 members. The MedLife shareholders are to put to the vote the appointment of the new member of the company's Board of Directors, at the following General Meeting of Shareholders.
