Bo Öberg and Nils-Gunnar Johansson have sold B-class shares

Medivir's 70-year old founders Bo Öberg and Nils-Gunnar Johansson have today sold 100,000 and 150,000 respectively B-class shares in Medivir in order to release capital to repay loans. Following the sale, Bo Öberg retains 284,000 A-class shares and 233,280 Bclass shares, while Nils-Gunnar Johansson retains 284,000 A-class shares and 98,800 Bclass shares in Medivir.

The transaction embraced in total 260,000 B-class shares including Bertil Samuelsson's sale of 10,000 B-class shares, which is also intended to release capital to repay loans. Following the transaction Bertil Samuelsson retains 40,460 shares.
