15/08/2025 tarihli Özel Durum Açıklamamızda, İstanbul İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü tarafından gerçekleştirilen 2025/739894 İKN'li "Müdürlüğümüze Bağlı Sağlık Tesisleri İçin Sonuç Karşılığı Laboratuvar Hizmet Alımı" konulu ihalenin lehimize sonuçlandığı duyurulmuştu.

Söz konusu ihalenin ileri bir tarihte tekrar gerçekleştirilmek üzere iptal edilmiş olduğu tarafımıza tebliğ edilmiş olup, tarih bilgisi henüz açıklanmamıştır.

Sürece ilişkin gelişmeler kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımızla paylaşılacaktır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

In our Special Situation Disclosure dated 08/15/2025, it was announced that the tender with the TPN 2025/739894, titled "Procurement of Laboratory Services in Return for Results for Health Facilities Affiliated with Our Directorate," conducted by the Istanbul İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü, had been awarded to us.

We have been notified that the tender in question has been canceled and will be held again at a later date, although the date has not yet been announced.

Developments related to the process will be shared with the public and our investors.
