Board approval of the 2020 Financial Statements for Medistim ASA
(Oslo, 19th of March 2021) Medistim ASA (OSE: MEDI), a niche market leader within ultrasound technology with headquarter in Norway, that develops and commercializes medical equipment for use within cardiac, vascular and transplant surgery, announces that the Board of Medistim ASA has approved the Financial Statements for 2020. The Financial Statements are without changes from the preliminary Financial Statements published on the 26th of February 2021. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 27th of April 2021.
