The General Meeting in Medistim ASA decided a dividend of NOK 6.00 per share

Oslo, the 8th of May 2025. The votes from the General Meeting today in Medistim ASA, has resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 6.00 per share based on the Company's net profit for the 2024 financial year. The total dividend will amount to NOK 109.9 million, which corresponds to 106% of the net profit for 2024. The dividend will be payable to the shareholders of the Company as of the 8th of May 2025. The shares will be traded exclusive of the right to dividends from and including the 9th of May 2025 (ex-date). The dividend will be distributed the 19th of May 2025.
