Medistim ASA: Resolution to distribute dividend of NOK 2.75 per share

Oslo, the 21st of October 2020. At a board meeting today, the Board of Medistim ASA (the "Company") resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 2.75 per share based on the Company's net profit for the 2019 financial year. The total dividend will amount to NOK 50.1 million, which corresponds to 71% of the net profit for 2019. The Board has utilised its authorisation to resolve distribution of dividends of maximum NOK 2.75 per share, as granted by the Annual General Meeting on the 28th of April 2020. The dividend will be payable to the shareholders of the Company as of the 21st of October 2020, as registered in the Company's shareholder register in the VPS on the 23rd of October 2020 (the record date). The shares will be traded exclusive of the right to dividends from and including the 22end of October 2020 (ex-date). The dividend will be distributed the 4th of November 2020.
