Medistim ASA: Disclosure of large shareholding

Intertrade Shipping AS has on 29 October 2021 sold 1.285.000 shares in Medistim ASA (the "Issuer"), corresponding to 7 % of the issued and outstanding shares and votes in the Issuer, at NOK 380,- per share, to its wholly-owned subsidiary Fløtemarken AS in connection with an internal reorganization of Intertrade Shipping AS.

Following the transaction, (i) Intertrade Shipping AS owns nil shares and votes in the Issuer and (ii) Fløtemarken AS owns 1.285.000 shares in the Issuer, corresponding to 7 % of the issued and outstanding shares and votes in the Issuer.
