1. half 2010 for MediStim ASA

Sales increased with 4.5 % to MNOK 40,4 for the 2nd

quarter (MNOK 38,6) and operating profit ended at

MNOK 9,6 (MNOK 9,2). Probesales increased with 12.7 %

in volume in the 2nd quarter. 2nd generation imaging

probe CE approved and ready for sale in Europe and

VeriQC was approved for sales in Japan.

The general assembly held the 29th of April decided a

dividend of NOK 0.90. The general assembly decided to

amortize 523.989 of own shares.
