President and CEO in Medistim ASA, Kari E. Krogstad, has sold 37,719 shares to Medistim’s largest shareholder Aeternum Capital AS, at 265.00 NOK per share. The sale is related to the CEO’s private economy and need to free up liquidity. After the sale, Kari E. Krogstad holds a total of 38,083 shares in Medistim and Aeternum Capital AS holds 1,900,219 Medistim shares, which represent 10.16 % of the total shares in Medistim.
