Financial statements for Medistim ASA for 2015

The Board of Medistim ASA has approved the Annual

Accounts for 2015. The Annual Accounts are without

changes from the preliminary Annual Accounts published

on the 29th of February 2016. The Annual General

Meeting will be held on 19th of April 2016, and the

share will be listed ex dividend NOK 1.65 per share on

the 20th of April 2016.

The Annual Report for 2015 will be published on the

company's website and notified to the Oslo Stock

Exchange in April 2016.
