Minutes from the general meeting in MediStim ASA

MediStim ASA held its general meeting today the 29th

of April. Attached is a copy of the minutes from the

meeting. It was decided a dividend of NOK 0.90 per

share. Shareholders by the end of the trading day the

29th of April will have the right to the decided

dividend. Dividend is expected to be paid by the 12th

of May.
